With almost twenty years of extensive experience in the computer industry, specializing in the installation and troubleshooting of both LAN and WAN environments, including intranet, Internet, and extranet implementations, President Eric Wilson brings a broad range of technical knowledge and experience to the company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in both Math and Computer Science from Saint Francis Xavier University. He is a Novell Certified Network Engineer (CNE), a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), and a VMWare Certified Professional (VCP).

A vital member of our Protocol team, Jay brings a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Computer Science from Dalhousie University and comes highly qualified as a CNE and MCSE 2003, with Citrix Metaframe Administration certification (CCA).

With over 8 years in the computer industry, he has experience in DOS, Win 3.x, Win 9.x, Windows ME, Windows 2000 Professional, NetWare 4.x and 5.x, Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition, Windows 2000 Server, Citrix Metaframe XP, IBM AIX and SCO UNIX, as well as numerous productivity applications, with a specialty in GroupWise administration.
